Specialized Air & Hydronic Balancing was created from the idea of doing things better.  Service first is paramount to us. We go above and beyond to make sure there is resolution to all of the problems we face and pride ourselves on our level of communication with all of the parties we work with.  As a team we bring your system and project to a finish that you can be sure is accurate and complete.

In 2007 Specialized Air & Hydronic Balancing was born.  We are made up of technicians with backgrounds in HVAC service, Laboratory Controls, HVAC install, Refrigeration and Custom equipment Start-up.  Our experience of over 50 years in all facets of the building industry make us uniquely qualified to complete your project correctly and on time.  We use state of the art technology to provide the quickest reports with only the most accurate and honest readings.  

Specialized Air & Hydronic Balancing is proud to be certified by NEBB.  Established in 1971, the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) is the premier international certification association for firms that deliver high performance building systems.  Building owners and tenants that are concerned about the cost-effective performance of the environmental systems within their respective buildings. This "green" goal can be best accomplished by having a building’s environmental system properly tested, balanced and/or commissioned by a NEBB Certified Professional or Technician. NEBB’s function is to establish, promote and maintain high quality standards through certification of Firms, Professionals and Technicians.
